If we have crossed paths recently, you will notice that I always wear a “You are enough bracelet.” I wholeheartedly believe in this campaign started by Cathy Caplener. It’s a message we all need to hear, and I want to do my part to spread it.

In a world that often sends messages of inadequacy, comparison, and perfection, let this be a gentle reminder: You are enough just as you are, and external standards, societal expectations, or fleeting opinions do not determine your worth.
