Support the Southern California Swim Community Impacted
by the Los Angeles Wildfires
SWIMMING HEALS
As Los Angeles starts the healing process from the recent fires, I am working with various organizations to help individuals feel worthy, seen, and supported. One group I will be focusing on will be the student swimmers living in the hardest-hit areas of Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Altadena. My go-to partner to help these schools and students is Craig Eisenberg, aka The Swim Guy. Craig has amazing relationships with swim vendors, schools, and swim organizations who can help outfit the swimmers to help them get back into the pools with confidence and the support they need to move forward after these devastating fires. As a swimmer myself who has competed in the US Masters Swimmer's Organization, I get how much water can heal us all mentally, physically, and spiritually. Mental health and wellness is going to be a big part of the healing process for these student athletes and it is so important to help them know that they are not alone as they heal.

Our 2025 YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K run/walk is set for May 31st!
We are so excited that we will be having our YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K Run/Walk on May 31st on the beautiful Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach Strand! We will be celebrating one another while also honoring May Mental Health Awareness Month. As we did last year, we will also be holding pre-event wellness sessions in the South Bay to help folks feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually. More info to come soon!
