Giving Purpose To Launch Spanish Website In Honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month

Tú Eres Suficiente --- It Is Time To Share It Forward And Remind One Another That Together, We Are More!

In an effort to reach more Spanish speaking individuals to remind them that they are worthy, seen, and supported, we will be launching its Spanish speaking website, Tú Eres Suficiente in October 2026. In 2025 we launched our first Spanish billboard and now have snagged the Tú Eres Suficiente URL which we plan on using in a very big way! Cathy Caplener, the founder of Giving Purpose Organization wants to work more closely with the Spanish speaking community and expand the reach beyond the LA County area. The team is currently planning on holding a 5K event in the Phoenix area in 2027 and will start the word of mouth campaign via the website.

About National Hispanic Heritage Month

• Dates: September 15 to October 15, 2026.

• Theme: "Unidos, Somos Más" (Together, We Are More).

• Origin of Dates: September 15 marks the independence anniversary of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, followed by Mexico on September 16 and Chile on September 18.

• History: President Lyndon Johnson started it as a week in 1968, and President Ronald Reagan expanded it to a full month in 1988
