YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K

The power of connection in a fun and supportive setting is what the YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is all about.  For the past three years we have held our annual 5K on the lovely Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach Strand where the ocean and the Strand come together as one.  Participants are invited to join us for the 3.1 mile run/walk where the energy is high and supportive.  We have awesome co-sponsors who feature their goods pre and post event, an amazing MC and a DJ!   A few of our co-sponsors host tables and share their goods such as Rock & Brews, Murad, Athletic Brewing, Raising Cane's, Gitana Cafe, happy Products, Pocari Sweat, and Hennesey's.

We are excited to announce that our 2026 YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K will be held on May 30th, beginning at 9:00 am at the Hermosa Beach Pier/Schumacher Plaza.  We are in the process of getting sponsorships and will be updating our website and social media channels with information, pictures, and videos.   Our goal is to get at least 700 participants and we will once again offer 2 for 1 and group discounts.  Partial proceeds will go towards raising billboards in Los Angeles.  Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to the event, and if you or if you know of someone who would like to be a sponsor or co-sponsor, please contact me at Cathy@givingpurpose.org.
