We are excited to announce that our 2026 YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K will be held on May 30th, beginning at 9:00 am at the Hermosa Beach Pier/Schumacher Plaza. Our goal is to get at least 700 to 1000 participants and we will once again offer 2 for 1, group, senior, and youth discounts. Partial proceeds will go towards raising billboards in Los Angeles. The YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is all about the power of connection in a fun and supportive setting where folks can come together to remind one another that we all struggle with feeling ENOUGH from time to time. For the past three years we have held our annual 5K on the lovely Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach Strand where the ocean and the Strand come together as one. Participants are invited to join us for the 3.1 mile run/walk where the energy is high and supportive.

 

Joining us will be awesome co-sponsors who will feature their goods pre and post event, an amazing MC and a DJ! A few of our co-sponsors host tables and share their goods such as Rock & Brews, Murad, Athletic Brewing, Raising Cane's, Gitana Cafe, happy Products, Pocari Sweat, and Hennesey's.​
